Shipping Policy

Pasadena Architectural Salvage now offers shipping on select items, including Merch Motel and apparel, as well as a curated selection of smaller goods. 

For larger, oversized, or fragile items, we do not provide in-house packing or shipping. However, we’re happy to assist by recommending trusted local packers and shippers. Please note that Pasadena Architectural Salvage is not responsible for arrangements made with third-party shipping providers, including any damage, loss, or delays that may occur in transit.

All orders must be paid in full prior to release or shipment.

Condition of Items
Our inventory consists primarily of vintage and salvaged pieces, chosen for their character and history. As such, items may show natural wear, patina, or age-related imperfections consistent with their use and era.

Returns & Exchanges
All items are sold as-is. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns after 14 days.
